Website requests

The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives ordinary technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser or device details, and security or server logs.

Contacting us

If you contact the studio by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or another channel, that service processes the information you send under its own privacy terms. We use your enquiry and contact details to reply and, if you commission work, to discuss and deliver the service. We retain business correspondence as needed to manage enquiries and projects. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for third-party advertising.

Privacy preference

This site offers an optional preference choice. If you select “Accept preference cookie”, the site saves your choice in a first-party cookie named ng_privacy_choice for six months. If you continue without saving, it does not store that choice. The cookie supports remembering this preference and is not used for analytics or advertising. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice or clear it.

Content and rights

Content shown on this site may belong to Nook & Glow, a client, or another rights holder. Viewing this site does not grant permission to copy, repost, distribute, or commercially reuse its content. Unauthorized use may infringe the relevant rights. Applicable legal exceptions, including fair dealing where it applies, remain unaffected. Technical measures cannot prevent every screenshot or screen recording.

A rights holder may seek removal, an injunction, damages, or another remedy available under applicable law. No automatic fine is implied by this notice.
