Terms and project information
Effective date: 25 October 2026. These terms describe how Nook & Glow projects are scoped, produced, delivered, and used. A written project agreement records the details for each engagement.
Scope and agreement
The written project agreement records the deliverables, schedule, payment terms, and revision arrangements. Work begins after the project details and required materials are agreed. Any change to scope or schedule is discussed and confirmed in writing before the changed work proceeds.
Production and materials
Production may use digital, generative, or machine-learning-assisted tools alongside editing and finishing. The specific methods depend on the project. Physical filming is included only when it is expressly part of the written scope.
The client is responsible for having permission to provide and use any supplied logos, product designs, images, music, or other materials, and for the accuracy and required disclosures of its product or advertising claims. Both sides will use non-public project information only for the project and take reasonable care to keep it confidential.
Creative direction and revisions
Creative direction and revision arrangements are recorded in the project scope. Please send feedback as a consolidated set of notes for each agreed revision round. A substantial change to an approved direction may affect the schedule or scope; both sides will discuss and confirm any change in writing.
Delivery and usage rights
Final files are delivered in the formats agreed in writing. Once all payment due under the project agreement has been received, the client receives a worldwide, perpetual licence to use, publish, and advertise with the final deliverables for its commercial purposes, subject to any third-party material licences. The client retains rights in materials it supplied.
Underlying tools, workflows, and reusable production assets remain with their respective owners. Editable project or source files are included only when the written scope says so.
Project outcomes
We work to the agreed creative direction, but cannot guarantee views, engagement, sales, platform approval, or other campaign results. Those outcomes depend on factors outside the studio’s control.

General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any rights or protections that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The written project agreement and these terms should be read together; the project-specific scope controls its deliverables and schedule.
We may update these terms for future projects. The terms provided with the agreed project scope apply to that engagement unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
